Can I use a fluid (liquid) other than water in a PF□ series product?

Regarding the standard products, the applicable fluid for the following series are a liquids.
PF3W series: Ethylene glycol aqueous solution (There are limitations on viscosity, concentration and temperature).
PF2D series: Deionized water and a liquid that will not corrode or permeate Teflon (Refer to the applicable fluids in the catalog).
LFE series: A fluid that does not corrode the part that is in contact with the liquid (Refer to the applicable fluids in the catalog).
