Can I use a fluid (gas) other than dry air in a PF□ series product?

Standard products the applicable gasses are nitrogen, argon, and carbon dioxide for the PFM5/7 series. The PF2A, PFMB, PFMC, and PFMV series can use nitrogen.
(Note: If argon gas is passed through a flow switch other than the PFM5/7 series, the measured values will be incorrect.) (Note 2: Helium has a low molecular weight, therefore leakage will occur, resulting in errors in the measured values.)
