|Temperature Control Equipment
If operation is in a stable condition, the temperature stability will be ±0.1℃ (outlet temperature when the circulating fluid outlet and the return port are connected directly to each other). One possible cause of the temperature not stabilizing is the case where the flow of the circulating fluid is insufficient. Perhaps the resistance of the pipes is large, making it difficult to acquire the necessary flow. Also, even if there was previously no problem, you should check to see if the flow has decreased due clogging of the filter.
⇒ ⇒ ⇒ [If the flow of the circulating fluid falls below the rated value, the cooling performance or the temperature stability of the thermo-chiller may deteriorate. In such a case, use a bypass piping set (optional accessory) to secure an adequate flow.]
