Problem:
「Firefox is already running, but is not responding. …」error message is displayed and the program cannot be opened
How to Fix
1.Right-click the icon. Select “Properties.”
2.Click on the “Compatibility” tab. Under “Application” check the box next to “Run this program as an administrator.” Click the “OK” button.
3.Double-click the icon to open the selection software or calculation software.
