Dear users of the serial transmission unit, EX260-SEN#,
Please be informed of the handling precautions for the EDS setup file.

Use of the new EDS file (ex260-sen#_##_v22.eds)

This new EDS file is used for SI unit (EX260-SEN#) device revision 2.2
manufactured from June, 2016 to October, 2017.
This new EDS file is used for SI unit (EX260-SEN#) device revision 2.3
manufactured after November, 2017.

(note)
This new EDS file (ex260-sen#_##_v22.eds) is used
for SI unit (EX260-SEN#) device revision 2.2 and 2.3
If a fieldbus unit of device revision 2.3 is used,the EDS file may 
display a warning
gThe stated device revision is different from the device revision of 
 the fieldbus unit (EX260-SEN)h.
However, the product works correctly.

Use of the old EDS file (ex260-sen#_##_v21.eds)

The old EDS file is used for SI unit (EX260-SEN#) device revision 2.1
manufactured before May, 2016.

The PLC might not operate normally if the EDS file does not match the
device revision used.
In this case, please use the EDS file that matches the device revision.
